'Science Circle Asian Global Players was established in 2008 by students of Nowy Sacz School of Business and by experts that research Asian markets under the Poland-Asia Study Center (CSPA) www.polska-azja.pl'.

The idea behind the center came from a belief that the rapid strengthening of Asian economies cannot be ignored in relation with Eastern and Central Europe, which encloses Poland as well. The main aim of the Asian Global Players is a creation, in cooperation with CSPA, of the biggest and most innovative research center in Central Europe that examines social and economic relations between Poland and Asia.

Asian Global Players operates under the patronage of The President of Nowy Sacz School of Business Mr. Krzysztof Pawłowski.

Asian Global Players' team is combined of the Nowy Sacz School of Business students, who are ambitious people that are engaged in numerous fields and won several international and national scholarship programs (GE Foundation Scholar-Leaders Program, Chinese Government Scholarship, The Wasie Foundation). They are also winners of national apprenticeship programs, scientific scholars, ambassadors of global companies (McKinsey & Company, KPMG), authors of publications that were displayed on portals focused on Asia and they were also involved in writing books about Far East for Newsweek Polska. Members are also employees or interns responsible for Asian markets at Polish companies or Asian companies in Poland.

Nowy Sacz School of Business' endorsement of the project translates into a close cooperation with the Center that enables us to draw on experiences of relations between the school and foreign universities, including Asian ones. That combined with our knowledge and skills makes us believe we can reach our goals.
